Tri Tip

Tri-tip is a cut of beef that comes from the bottom sirloin primal cut. It is a relatively lean cut of beef with a coarse texture, decent marbling and rich beefy flavor. It is a versatile cut of meat that can be cooked in a variety of ways, including grilling, smoking, and roasting. When cooked properly, the tri-tip is tender and juicy, with a slightly firm texture.
